Amazing hotel
I rarely rate any hotel, but I wanted to do so fo the place cause my stay was amazing and the staff were awesome too, special thanks to Georgo and Lili for making our stay so memorable and comfortable. Everything was beyond my expectations. I really recommend this hotel and definitely will visit again.

The perfect hotel with the best staff and location in Florence!
From the moment of booking the conceirge were extremely helpful allowing me to arrange my trip with train recommendations, restaurant recommendations, the team were beyond helpful. We arrived early but the team were so welcoming and engaged we were so excited for our stay.
Our only issue was we only stayed one night, it was not enough to enjoy the gorgeous rooms and helpful staff. There is nothing else we could fault at this hotel.
